Zing Muse – Recently, the “pearl garden girl” Kieu Trinh shared on her personal page the invitation from Influence Asia 2017 when she was nominated for the Top 15 in the Lifestyle field in Vietnam.

It is known that Influence Asia 2017 is an annual event, to honor and award the most influential figures in Asia.

After being ‘promoted’ by Reuters in the series “155 impressive photos of 2016”, Kieu Trinh said that her Facebook followers increased rapidly. In addition, some brands are also inviting her to cooperate in advertising.

The event includes 10 different award categories, including: Beauty, Life Style, Fashion, Food, Health & Fitness, Parenting, YouTube Personality, YouTube Channel, Breakout Influencer, and Influencer Of The Year.

This event has attracted many individuals and groups with the greatest influence from Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand…

* Hello Kieu Trinh, can you tell us more about this award?

Trinh knows that this is an Asian award, honoring individuals who have influence on the community in many fields: fashion, movies… Influence Asia 2015 has successfully attracted 180 individuals and groups with the greatest influence on social networks in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines. In addition, the event also had the participation of many big stars from Korea and the US.

* How do you feel now when you know that you are in the Top 15 nominees for the Life Style category – Influence Asia Award 2017?

As far as I know, Vietnam has many people who have been nominated, such as Kelbin in the fashion field, MONSTAR in the music field… However, the fact that I was named in the Life Style category surprised me quite a bit because in fact, it was only in the past year that I started to invest in costumes, ootd images (daily outfits)…

After being surprised, my current feeling is a bit of pride because I have contributed to bringing the image of Vietnamese people to other countries in the Asian region. Maybe the Organizing Committee chose me because of my own personality over a long period of time… (laughs).

* Do you think your nomination in the top 15 of the Life Style category is deserved or lucky?

I think it’s probably a combination of both factors. You have to work hard, be responsible and have a healthy lifestyle to be nominated. And besides, luck is also very important. Right now, I’m very excited to win the award and go to Malaysia to walk with other stars.

* Has fame changed Kieu Trinh’s perspective and life goals?

It can be said that Trinh is quite lucky to be cared for and loved by everyone. Fame will help me achieve many things such as opportunities to develop myself, but it also makes me lose time for my family, friends…

But I affirm that I’m still me. Kieu Trinh is a bit “manly”, a strong personality, likes to hang out at cafes with friends. Especially, I also really like to try out extreme sports.

* Please share a little more about Kieu Trinh’s upcoming plans?

Next April, the first movie I’ve participated in “Em chua 18” will be released. Currently, Trinh is very excited and hopes that the movie will receive good feedback from the audience. In addition, some brands are also inviting me to cooperate in advertising…
